| 摘 要： | H指数是由Hirsch JE提出的一个用来评价科学工作者科学成就的指标.将H指数应用于国家重点实验室的科技论文水平评价,同时为了体现科研群体对其H指数的贡献,提出了实验室H指数人员贡献率Q的概念和计算方法,并给出一个具体实例.实验室H指数和O率可以在一定程度上反映实验室科研人员的整体学术状况.
