| 摘 要： | 国际服务贸易法是国际贸易法的一个新分支，其体系和具体内容都还处于形成和发展之中。本对国际服务贸易法的两个基本理论问题，即国际服务贸易法的体系和渊源进行了研究，并提出了在我国高等法学院系开设国际服务贸易法课程和编写相关教材的建议。

| Abstract: | Law on International Trade in Services is a new branch of International Trade Law, which system and contents are still in an embryonic stage. Since deep research in this area has not being conducted by scholars at home, this article tries to make an analysis on the system and origin of Law on International Trade in Services, and puts forth a suggestion that a course concerning this new branch be opened in law schools and departments in China and relevant textbooks be compiled. |
