摘    要:随着国内文创产业的快速发展,档案文创产品迸发出新鲜活力。文章积极探索档案文创产品用户感知价值水平提升策略,致力于增强档案部门文创产品开发能力,通过科学设计调查问卷,借助SPSS、AMOS等统计分析工具,在数据分析基础上利用熵值法对档案文创产品给予综合评价,并依据用户对产品内容、产品服务以及开发模式感知价值提出对应产品选题、设计、生产、服务环境、服务模式的优化策略。

Abstract:With the rapid development of domestic cultural and creative industries, archival cultural and creative products are bursting with fresh vitality. This paper actively explore strategies to enhance the user perceived value level of archival cultural and creative products and to enhance the development ability of archival cultural and creative products. With the help of SPSS, AMOS and other statistical analysis tools, the questionnaire is designed scientifically, and the entropy method is used for comprehensive evaluation on the basis of data analysis. Based on the users' perceived value of product content, product service and development mode, the optimization strategies of product topic selection, design, production, service environment and service mode are proposed.
