| 摘 要： | 散手运动是两人按一定规则,使用一定的徒手攻防技术方法相互格斗,决定胜负的武术对抗项目,具有循序渐进的技术体系和练习方法,文章通过对常用散手教学法的研究,以期为今后的教学实践提供参考。
