| 摘 要： | 在当前传统市场及小商品生产经营企业的电子商务转型期,义乌电子商务行业的集聚发展为义乌打造"电子商务之都"提供了良好基础。但在义乌传统市场经营者及电子商务从业者知识水平相对薄弱的情况下,政府及社会应加强对电子商务普及教育的重视,采取在专业市场和社区普及应用电子商务知识与技能、在当地各类职业院校开展电子商务知识普及教育、提高对义乌当地电子商务具体应用和研发的水平等措施,使大量义乌电子商务从业人员及潜在从业人员接受专门的教育,使其能够快速胜任以应用和操作为主的电子商务工作,从而促进义乌电子商务行业的发展,为传统市场转型升级继而打造"电子商务之都"积聚大量的人才。

| Abstract: | During the transformation of Yiwu traditional commodity market and manufacture industry,the development of E-commerce provides a good foundation for Yiwu to become a "E-commerce city".But in Yiwu,the E-commerce knowledge level of those traditional market operators and electronic business practitioners is relatively weak,so the government and the society should pay more attention to the popularization education of e-commerce knowledge and take series Strategy actions such as popularizing e-commerce knowledge in the professional market and community,launching E-commerce knowledge popularization education in all kinds of local vocational colleges and promoting the E-commerce applications and research level of Yiwu,etc.In order to realize the transformation and upgrading of traditional commodity market,a large number of E-commerce employees and potential employees can be quickly competent for the application and operation of the E-commerce after professional training.And then a strong guarantee of industrial labor and personnel can be established to develop E-commerce industry and create "E-commerce city" in Yiwu. |
