| 摘 要： | 本文对中链甘油三酯的代谢特点和在医药等领域的应用进行了综述，并对中链甘油三酯在运动中供能和在运动员控制体重上的应用进行了总结，但其作为运动补剂的开发利用尚有待实验近一步研究。
