| 摘 要： | 由于我国的经济发展政策、经济产业结构布局、自然生存环境、劳动者个体的诸种差异、个别家庭的特殊境遇等,造成了高校中一定比例的特困生群体.目前,政府和高校对特困生采取了一系列救助措施,如助学贷款、减免学费、加大奖学金力度、设立勤工俭学岗位等.但要彻底解决特困生面临的困境,需全社会各界共同努力,建立更为有效的救助特困生的有效机制.

| Abstract: | Proportional groups of extremely poor students at college have emerged due to different factors such as economical developing policy, the industrial structure distribution, natural surviving environment, the difference between the individual laborers and special conditions of some families, etc. Although the measures such as learning-aided loan, tuition waiver, strengthening scholarship, setting more positions of work-study program have been taken at different levels, in order to help these students out of financial difficulty thoroughly we still need more efforts from all walks of life to establish a more effective working system to help them. |
