| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法，对我国沙滩排球后备人才训练现状进行分析。结果表明：教练员分为专职和兼职，其沙滩排球运动实践经验欠缺；后备人才训练按年度划分为4个阶段；教练员和管理人员对训练的总体评价较高，运动员对训练的总体评价不高；存在训练经费不足、缺少优秀后备人才和训练的科学性不强等问题?提出构建后备人才体系，建立教练员岗位培训制度，多渠道筹集资金等发展对策。 |

| Abstract: | With the aid of the methods of questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics, the present paper has made an analysis of the status quo of the training of reserve talent of beach volleyball of our country. The results have shown that the coaches are full time and part time ones separately, who are lack of the practical experience of volleyball; the yearly training of the reserve talent is divided into four stages; the coaches and administrative staff's general assessment of the training is high, but the players' is opposite; there still exist some problems, such as insufficient training funds, short of fine reserve talent, unscientific training and so on. The paper has put forward the following developmental countermoves: construction of the reserve talent system, establishment of the training system of coaches' posts, collection of funds through various channels, etc. |
