| 摘 要： | 加强远程高等教育毕业论文实践立法是规范我国现代远程教育毕业论文实践中各种不规范行为的客观要求。各省教育行政主管部门要借鉴我国普通高校毕业论文实践的地方立法经验，结合各省远程高等教育实际，制定《远程高等教育毕业论文工作管理条例》，为我国远程高等教育的毕业论文实践工作的有序开展提供法律保障。
