| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对＂健康促进工程＂背景下上海市普通高校阳光体育运动开展方式、内容、影响因素等进行分析,提出推进学校体育课程改革、提升学校体育文化内涵,加强经济实用性强的体育场馆建设,丰富阳光体育内容等措施,希望能为培养学生终生体育锻炼习惯,提高身体素质提供一些有益参考。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the development model, content, effect and influence factors of sunlight sports of Shanghai universities under the context of ＂Health Promotion Project＂ by using method of literature, questionnaire investigation, the study proposes to put forward school physical education curriculum reform, promote sports culture in campus, strengthen economic gym construction, provide abundant sport items. This paper provides some beneficial proposals for cultivating life-long habits of exercising and improving student＇s physical fitness. |
