| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了目前机构仓储国内外存储方式和建设模式,定义了仓储的概念及分类.自存储方式有:机构仓储、学科仓储和个人主页博客等.强制性存储形式有强制性自存储、协议性代存储.分析了我国机构存储存在的问题、进展缓慢的原因,在提高用户对存储模式的认可度基础上提出了自愿式自存储和强制性自存储共建的实施方式,希望建立强制性存储政策及相关法律,并研究一套富有实效的方法使存储模式更有利于开放获取的实施.
