摘    要:食品雕刻是我国烹饪文化的重要组成部分,它经历了千年的发展演变,兴盛在当代。在当代烹饪行业如此兴盛的时候,食品雕刻技术的发展与创新更为重要。本文从当代食品雕刻技术存在的问题着手,讨论了食品雕刻技术发展与创新的具体形式,使其向着正确的道路发展。

Abstract:Food carving art is an important part of our culinary culture,it has witnessed the millennium development,prosperous recently.At the time when cuisine art is so prosperous,innovation of food carving techniques become more important than before.The paper starts with discussion on the problems existing in the development of contemporary food carving arts,and then it puts forward the concrete pattern of innovation which can lead it to a rational path of development.
