| 摘 要： | 教师是完成教育活动的主导性因素，教师素质决定了教学活动的完成和教育目的的实现。本试图用系统的观点解构高职教师的素质结构，分析其内在的相互关系，寻求高职教师素质的特征，并提出高职教师素质结构的建立和相关的要求。
