| 摘 要： | 采用实证调查的方法,研究大学生主观幸福感和心理健康的状况。结果表明:大学生的生活满意度水平较高,正性情感和负性情感则均处于中等水平;大学生主观幸福感和SCL-90有显著的相关关系,生活满意度和负性情感以及生活满意度的各因子与SCL-90及其各因子也均具有显著的相关关系;主观幸福感水平可作为心理健康的一个重要预测源,同样心理健康水平也可预测被试者的幸福感水平。 |

| Abstract: | By empirical research method,college students' subjective well-being and mental health are being investigated.The results show college students' life satisfaction level is relatively high and their positive and negative emotion are in medium level;college students' subjective satisfaction is obviously correlated to SCL-90,and factors of life satisfaction level such as negative emotion and life satisfaction level also have obvious correlation to those of SCL-90;subjective well-being level can be an important predictive source of mental health and vice versa. |
