| 摘 要： | 工程项目的投资控制越来越受到人们的重视。从工程招标和监理制度的实施到工程结算的全面审核,工程投资在施工和结算审核阶段得到了一定的控制,但作为设计阶段的投资控制仍未引起人们的重视。可以说,投资控制贯穿于项目实施全过程,而关键在于设计阶段。从分析项目设计阶段影响投资的因素入手,提出了设计阶段投资控制的必要性及投资控制的方法和措施。

| Abstract: | With the gradual establishment and perfection of market economy,people pay more and more attention to the investment control of project.From project bidding and the supervision system to full final accounts,the project cost has been under control on the stage of construction and final accounts,but few people pay attention to the stage of design.The investment control penetrates the whole project implementation,and the key is on the design stage.The author precedes the paper with the factors on the design stage,then points out the necessities and puts forth some ways and means for the investment control on the design stage. |
