| Abstract: | There exists an internal logical thought in any culture,so does the judicial culture.The foundation of the judicial professional thought is that the lawyer bear the just idea of their time.The core of the judicial professional thought is that lawyer bear the correct idea of the right and obligation,and the key of which is that lawyer take on the professional legal logic thought. |
