| 摘 要： | 采用<心理健康测查量表(PHI)>,对河南省几个项目的女运动员心理健康相关因素进行了调研.按各个因素分类的对比分析,以及与全国常模和男运动员的比较,结果显示:女运动员心理问题检出率比较高;心理健康水平不及全国同年龄段的青少年,各项因子症状比较明显;不同运动项目、入队训练年限、家庭经济收入的在躯体化、抑郁、疑心、焦虑、脱离现实等因子方面差异具有显著性,建议重点针对6年以上的运动员、一些集体项目的运动员、家庭经济条件差的运动员开展心理卫生教育工作.

| Abstract: | Adopted the "Psychological Health Investigation Quesetionnaire" (PHI), this study conducted a investigation study with attention to the factors related to mental health in a sample of female athletes in Henan Province and the comparative analysis with the one of the national general model and the male athletes. The results show that the rate of emerging of mental problems for female athletes is fairly high; the level of psychological health is inferior to the ones of the peers at the same age in the nation wide, the symptoms of each factor is relatively obvious. It is well suggested that the specific education of mental health should be conducted among the female athletes with 6-year training experience, the female athletes of collective sports events, and the female athletes with a poor family economic conditions. |
