| 摘 要： | 韩非是先秦法家思想的集大成者。他建构了以法为核心、以法术势为基本逻辑框架的法治思想。其法治思想是围绕"道"而进行的。韩非有关"道"的论述与他的法治、术治、势治思想都有着紧密联系。
