| 摘 要： | 中国加入了WTO以后，旅游业面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。重视和加强旅游人才的培养是中国旅游业当前的重要任务之一。作为旅游教育体系的排头兵——高等院校的旅游专业面临着如何尽快培养出高素质、高质量、复合型人才的严峻挑战。但是，旅游高等教育目前还存在着许多问题。所以，作提出了发展旅游高等教育相关的对策。

| Abstract: | Tourism is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges after china's entry into WTO. It's an important task for Chinese tourism to take seriously and strengthen the training of tour talents. As the leader of tour vocational education, tour speciality in colleges and universities should train compound talents with high quality in tour vocational education, However, there' s still many problems in tour high education. Therefore, the author puts forward some strategies of developing tour vocational education. |
