| 摘 要： | 援疆档案真实地反映了援疆工作开展的情况,是国家援建援助的重要参考与依据。目前我国援疆档案管理工作在档案管理模式和归档整理标准上呈现出阶段性的特点,援疆干部队伍的轮换制度及机构设置使得援疆档案工作与一般机构的档案管理工作有所不同。本文结合当前援疆档案工作的特征,以及在实际工作中所存在的问题,提出了建立健全援疆档案工作开展制度、加强档案培训及引入第三方档案服务机构的对策。

| Abstract: | The aid archives truly reflect the development of aid work in Xinjiang and are an important reference and basis for state aid construction assistance.At present,China's aid archives management work shows a phased feature in the file management mode and archiving standards.The rotation system and institutional setup of the aid cadres team make the archives work of the Xinjiang branch different from the file management of the general institutions.Based on the characteristics of the current Xinjiang archives work and the problems existing in the actual work,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for establishing and improving the archives work system for aiding Xinjiang,strengthening the archives training and introducing third-party archival service organizations. |
