| 摘 要： | 医院在日常的经营和管理活动中会形成一系列档案,具体包括医疗、科研、教学、行政管理档案等。档案的内容形式较为丰富,文字、图像、音频等都是其主要形式。在新时期,医院档案管理工作面临着全新的发展前景,医疗卫生体制的改革也对医院档案管理工作提出了更高的要求。作为医院档案管理人员,应积极的对科学的管理模式进行探讨,SWOT分析法就有助于医院档案管理人员了解大数据环境下档案管理工作的现实情境,从而能够为医院档案管理工作提供更加清晰的发展思路。本文在对医院档案管理工作进行分析时,结合大数据发展背景,对医院档案管理工作进行了详细的SWOT分析,并提出帮助医院档案管理人员实现科学、高效管理的具体措施。

| Abstract: | The hospital will form a series of files in its daily operation and management activities,including medical,scientific research,teaching,and administrative files.The content of the file is relatively rich,with text,images,and audio as its main forms.In the new period,hospital archives management is facing a new development prospect,and the reform of the medical and health system has also put forward higher requirements for hospital archives management.As a hospital archives manager,a scientific management model should be actively explored.The SWOT analysis method helps hospital archives managers understand the real situation of archives management in a big data environment,which can provide hospitals with clearer archives management Development ideas.In the analysis of hospital archives management,this article combined with the development background of big data,carried out a detailed SWOT analysis of hospital archives management,and proposed specific measures to help hospital archives management staff to achieve scientific and efficient management. |
