| 摘 要： | 全球范围内现代信息技术浪潮的兴起，极为深刻地影响着高等教育的改革和发展，在机遇与挑战面前，我国高校的人才培养在许多方面还存在着不适应，如何认清形势，直面挑战，采取对策，主动适应，为我国社会主义建设事业培养出更多更好的高素质创新型人才，是必须认真研究和深入思考的重要课题。

| Abstract: | The booming of modem information technology revolution throughout the world has brought about profound effect on reform and development of higher education.How- ever,there are some existing problems in the talents training of Chinese higher schools when it comes to present opportuni- ties and challenges.Due to this,this paper expounds the ques- tions worth researching and thinking as follows:how to under- stand the situation well,face the challenges,adopt counter- measures,adapt to reality voluntarily,and to train more cre- ative talents for our socialism construction as well. |
