| 摘 要： | 高校劳资管理工作复杂、繁琐,呈现出多样性、多变性和复杂性的特点,这也体现了当前高校劳资管理工作的内在要求。从整体性的观点出发,要求工作中注意区分不同的工作类型,有针对性地开展工作。劳资管理工作的整体性对劳资管理人员提出了综合性要求。
