| Abstract: | This paper discusses the classroom conflicts from the perspective of sociology and culture. The teacher should build the right concept of authority, the equal ethics consciousness between the students and teachers, the law consciousness of respecting the students and having the superb educational art and educational tactics to avoid the conflicts effectively. |
