| 摘 要： | 为赢得下一世纪的国际竞争,我们一方面要培养和造就更多的科学家和技术专家,另一方面必须全面提高全国人民的整体科学文化素质。提高文科大学生的科学文化素质尤为重要,由此论证了科学文化的内涵,在文科大学生中开展科学文化素质教育的重要性与必要性以及进行科学文化素质教育的基本构想。

| Abstract: | In order to win the international competition of the next century , on the one hand . we will cultivate and bring up more scientists and technical experts , on the other hand , we will enhance scientific and cultural qualities of the whole nation. It is more important to heighten scientific and cultural qualities of students of liberal arts, thus demonstration the connotation of science and culture, the importance and necessity of developing education of scientific and cultural qualities among students of liberal arts, and the basic conception of carrying out education of scientific and cultural qualities. |
