摘    要:自从1991年美国人Dr Levine提出"高住低练"训练法后,许多研究者在肯定这个新型训练方法的同时也在研究其他的新方法,通过对高原训练及"高住低练"的学习和研究,发现通过"高练低住"与常规训练相结合的方法同样能在减少低氧暴露时间的同时,提高运动员的有氧耐力.

Abstract:Since Dr.Levine put fonard the method of training high-living low.in 1991,many researcheres began to study other newmethods on the basis of affirming his idea.Through studying the aplateau training and the training.high-living low method,it is found that the Combining method of training high-living low with rountine training can also improve the athletes' aerobic endurance.
