| 摘 要： | 教育普中的园区投资模式对优化教育资源结构，实现教育资源的最佳组合，提高教育资源的使用效率与效益，为高等教育本地化，促进本地区区域经济的发展方向发挥了积极的作用。本将通过对我国建立教育园区的教育投资模式进行分析，并结合我国教育产业的发展实际提出相应的政策建议。

Analysis needs to be made of the mode to put forward relevant suggestions based on the actual development of Chinese educational enterprise. |
