| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告第一次把“廉政文化”这一概念写进党的全国代表大会的报告中，并把廉政文化建设提高到了关系机制、制度和体系建立的高度。大学廉洁文化反映了我国大学先进文化的价值取向，是大学文化体系的重要组成部分。大学廉洁文化建设必须要有切入点，才能以点带面，形成廉洁文化在大学面上的覆盖。

| Abstract: | It is the first time in history that the 17th national conference of CPC put the culture against corruption into its report and it is also the first time in the annals that the conference promoted the construction of the culture to a height that bears on the establishment of a system. The construction of the culture against corruption in colleges reflects the value orientation of the advanced culture and it is a part of the construction of college culture. There must be the cut-in points in this construction so that we can use the experience of a selected spot to promote the work in the entire field. |
