| 摘 要： | 本文运用运动心理学原理结合体育教学实践，提出了在体育教学中采用表象训 练的方法，用于学习和改进动作技术，提高教学质量。分析探讨了这一教学方法的理论 依据和可性行，列出了这一方法的具体教学方案，经实验表明，结合表象训练进行教学， 对学习和掌握动作技术具有明显的促进作用。

| Abstract: | In order to further, enbance the teaching quality in the process of learning and im- proving movement techniques, the author of the present Paper has proposed his approaches of adopting presentational training in tennis teaching by combiming the theory of sports psychol- ogy with physical teaching practice. With a detailed analysis of the theoretical foundations and potential feasibility, the author has worked outh his concrete teaching programs available for the method. The experimental results show that emloyment of presentational training in tcnnis teaching is expected to significantly promote the learning of movement techniques. |
