| 摘 要： | 为提高菊花扦插的成活率,本试验通过不同浓度的NAA对菊花嫩枝插穗进行不同时间浸泡处理,最终获得菊花扦插的最佳NAA浓度和浸泡时间。经方差分析和多重比较,结果表明:在进行的菊花嫩枝扦插试验中,采取的NAA浓度为750mg/L,浸泡时间为40S时处理效果最佳。 |

| Abstract: | An experiment of treating the soft stem cutting of the Chrysanthemum morifolium with NAA of different concentration and time was conducted to understand the effects of plant hormones on its rooting and improve cutting survival ratio.By the variance analysis and LSD tests,it was found that soft stem cuttings with NAAl(750 mg/L)for 40 second was the best way for the rooting of Chrysanthemum morifolium in this study. |
