| 摘 要： | “德治”观点在我国很早就有流露。它与“法治”作用同等重要,是治理国家根本手段之一。本文对“德治”的内涵及演变作了分析,也对如何继承传统“德治”思想有益成份为社会主义政治服务作了一些探讨。

| Abstract: | Many years ago,the view of "ruling by morality" had been paid attention to in our country. Ruling by morality, which is as important us ruling by law, is one of the basic means to govern the country. The writer has analysed the intension and development of ruling by morality,and discussed how to inherit the useful composition of traditional ruling by morality to serve the socialist politics. |
