摘    要:通过合理调控力量训练组间的间歇时间,有利于提高肌肉的力量、耐力、肥大程度和爆发力,这是力量训练、体能训练中最受欢迎的运动方式之一。

Abstract:Strength training has become one of the most popular physical activities for increasing characteristics such as absolute muscular strength,endurance,hypertrophy and muscular power.Designing the length of the rest interval between sets is prescribed based on the above training goal.
