| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's view on qualified personnel is the theoretical instruction of the development, construction and administration of them. It has profound implication. Respecting knowledge and talents is the quintessence of Deng's theory; to have both ability and morality is Deng's standard of selecting qualified people; the development, selection, cultivation and use of these people constitute the essential part of Deng's theory. |
