| 摘 要： | 民办高等教育办学经费短缺,必须改革投资体制。一是加大政府财政投入,实行“项目管理’’和“基金制”;二是设立“教育基金”;三是发展校办产业;四是与企业合作,取得资金支持;五是办“教育集团”和“股份制改造”;六是银校合作,加强融资力度。

| Abstract: | At present,the outlay of civilian-run higher education is in the insufficient state,it is necessary to reform the investment system.The way to change this lies in:increasing the finance investment by government;carrying out"item management"and"fund system";setting"education fund";developing school-run estate;cooperation with enterprises so as to obtain their support;running"education group"and carrying out"share system";carrying out"bank-school cooperation"so as to strengthen the force of absobing fund. |
