| 摘 要： | 研究了PLC和变频器为轧辊磨床改造所带来的优势,分析了保证磨床稳定运行、提高轧辊磨削质量的控制方案,设计并实现了基于PLC的轧辊磨床电气控制系统和砂轮架进给电机的变频器控制,以及基于英国欧陆590直流调速器的系统砂轮电机、头架电机、拖板电机的调速系统。

| Abstract: | The technique advantage of the roll grinding machines by using PLC and converter is analyzed and a successful controlling way of roll grinding machine running steadily and improving the roll grinding machine's process quality is proposed.The control system for roll grinding machine based on PLC is designed,and the control system for feed motor of the grinding wheel stand is also presented,and then the wheel motor,work head motor and carriage motor based on Eurotherm 590 DC Drives are introduced. |
