| 摘 要： | 基础教育课程改革能否成功,关键在于教师的数量与素质能否适应当前基础教育课程改革的需要.宁夏南部山区教师的数量与素质能否适应当前基础教育课程改革的需要呢?我们进行了大量调查研究,搜集了大量的第一手资料,并分析了它给宁夏南部山区的基础教育课程改革带来的困难,希望能引起有关决策部门的高度重视.

| Abstract: | Whether basic education reform can be successful depends on whether the number and quality of teachers can meet the requirements of basic education curriculum reform. A survey has been made about whether the number and quality of teachers in mountainous areas in south Ningxia meet the requirements of current basic education curriculum reform. A lot of first hand materials have been collected in the survey and difficulties in basic education curriculum reform have been analyzed. We hope that the difficulties can be paid attention to by the department concerned. |
