| 摘 要： | 分析了促进我国基本公共卫生服务均等化过程中存在的问题和难点,提出了有效推进我国基本公共卫生服务均等化的实施策略,即明确政府在基本公共卫生服务供给上的责任,制定省级统一的基本公共卫生服务内容,建立合理的基本公共卫生服务筹资机制,完善基本公共卫生服务体系,建立基层公共卫生服务机构人才的引进和激励机制,建立基本公共卫生服务的绩效考核制度。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in equalization of China's basic public health service,and proposes effective implementation strategies,i.e.the government should take responsibility of supply of basic public health service,develop unified provincial basic public health service,establish a reasonable funding mechanism,improve the basic public health service system,establish the qualified personnel's introduction and incentives mechanism,and establish appraisal system of basic public health service performance. |
