| 摘 要： | 高校档案建设是学校制度建设、文化建设的窗口,抓好学校的档案建设,特别是新合并学校的档案建设尤为重要。应从队伍建设,标准化管理制度,档案的收集整理、保管清理,档案的交接和全宗介绍的编写等方面入手,以适应形势发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The university files building shoud be paid more attention because it is the window open to development of university system and culture,especially the university amalgamated. Thereforce,the writer has a deep discussion on the files building of university amalgamated and normal scientific management from the staff,system of management,colletion and arrangment,keeping and putting in order,handing over,standardizing management and introducing the filesentirely etc. |
