| 摘 要： | 作为一种全新的执政理念,群众路线实现了对官本主义、民本主义和民粹主义等几种主要官民关系理论的扬弃与超越:将人民群众确立为价值主体和实践主体,实现了历史主体的根本转换;主张人民民主,促进了民本与民主的有机结合;强调人民群众主体性发挥与党的领导的内在统一,消解了普通民众与精英阶层之间的关系疏离。可见,群众路线在历史上首次实现了价值与工具、民本与民主、平民与精英之间的融合统一与辩证结合,从而在人类政治文明史上铸就了一座不朽的丰碑。

| Abstract: | As a new kind of governing idea, the mass line of the Communist Party of China has sublated and transcended three staple theories on the relations about the officials and the mass in the history, such as official doctrine, mass doctrine and populism： realizing a fundamental transformation in the historical subject by taking the people as the subject in axiolog- ical and tools sense ; advocating organically combination of mass oriented and democracy; emphasizing the inherent unity in the exertion of the people＇ s subjectivity and the leadership of the Communist Party of China; and digesting the estrange- ment of relationship between the ordinary people and the elite. It is obvious that the mass line achieves unity and dialectical combination between the value and tools, mass oriented and democracy, the ordinary people and the elite for the first time in the history, and thus build an immortal in the history of political human civilization. |
