| 摘 要： | 总体而言,学界关于社会运动产生和发展机制的研究有变迁、结构与话语三大视角。针对香港规模性社会运动再现的事实,通过具体事件分析,将之置于社会变迁背景之下,对香港经济、社会与政治转型等结构性因素进行考察,并尝试构建结构分析之下话语(社会规范及其不同形态,如认同感、合法性等)分析路径,也即尝试构建一个融合变迁、结构与话语三大视角的综合性解释模型。研究表明,问题解决因应的思路在于理顺"国家和社会"关系,以使得中央和香港共持身份认同话语权与诠释权、共同提升政府政策合法性,以期借此推动"社会运动社会"制度化建设在香港更好地运转。

| Abstract: | In general, there are three major perspectives of the existing mechanism of social movement the change, the structure and the discourse. To the fact of the large-scale social movements happening frequently in HK recently and through case study, the paper is aimed to build a discourse way （ social criteria, ie. identification, legitimacy, etc. ） to examine the constructure of economy, society and political change in HK, under the change of social structure, that is, to construct a comprehensive explaining modal with the three perspectives mixing the change, structure and discourse. The study shows that the idea resolving the problem is to straighten out the relationships of ＂state and society＂, so as to keep the rights of identity discourse and interpretation, and to improve the policy legitimacy of the central government and HK government, and promote the systematic construction in HK. |
