| 摘 要： | 从考试的组织角度分析,传统耐力素质考试存在组织定位不准确、管理存在缺陷、评价方式"一刀切"、宣传教育手段单一等问题.提出重塑"以人为本"考试核心理念、构建多渠道宣传机制、建立严格的管理制度与完善的免缓考制度、构建合理的评价标准、建立公开的反馈监督平台,并以怀化学院2012级为改革实例,证实考试改革成效显著,对提高学生体育锻炼意识,养成体育素养具有极大的促进意义.

| Abstract: | Analyzed from the test organization,traditional endurance quality test exists defect of positioning is not accurate,management,evaluation means ＂one size fits all ＂, propaganda and education measures, etc. Reshape the＂people- oriented＂core idea,constructing multi- channel publicity mechanism,establish a strict management system and perfect free grace period system,build a reasonable evaluation standard, establish public feedback monitoring platform,and use the instance which college class of 2012 reform,confirmed effective examination reform,to improve the students＇ physical exercise consciousness,develop sports accomplishment has great promoting significance. |
