基于TMS320F28035的电梯门机控制器设计

摘    要:针对基于DSP的电梯门机控制系统,在充分分析电梯门机控制器功能需求的前提下,提出了以TI公司DSP芯片TMS320F28035为核心的电梯门机控制器设计方案,其中包括控制器硬件的模块化设计和软件设计。对所设计的控制器进行现场试验,结果表明,门机运行平稳,速度跟随性好,控制器能够很好地完成电梯门机运行过程中的控制任务。

Abstract:Focusing on elevator door control system based on DSP,an approach for door control unit with core TMS320F28035 is presented after full analysis of functional requirements of the controller. The approach includes modular design of hardware and design of software. Field experiments were conducted on the designed controller,results show that the elevator door with high quality of speed following and runs smoothly,and the controller is capable of the control tasks of elevator door.
