春风油田排601及排612区块出砂预测研究

摘    要:结合出砂指数以及斯伦贝谢预测模型,针对准噶尔盆地春风油田的新春排601及排612区块的25口油井进行出砂预测,并将油井上部及下部储层出砂指数进行对比,得到如下认识:①两区块25口油井在开发初期即严重出砂;②新春排601区块油井上部及下部储层段出砂指数均低于严重出砂线,与上部储层相比,下部储层胶结强度相对更高,使得其出砂指数值更高;③新春排612区块油井储层段出砂指数低于严重出砂线。预测结果与实际良好吻合,有助于生产过程中准确判断出砂程度并采取防砂措施。

Sand prediction of Pai 601 and Pai 612 regions in Chunfeng oilfield

Abstract:Combined with sand indices and Schlumberger prediction model,the sand production of 25 wells in Pai 601 and Pai 612 Regions,Chunfeng Oilfield,Junggar Basin,was predicted. And the sand indices of the upper and lower reservoirs in these wells were compared to obtain the following points:①the sand pro-duction of these 25 wells in the two regions were serious in the early stage of development;②the sand indi-ces of upper and lower sections of oil reservoir in the wells located in Chunfeng Pai 601 region were below the critical line,compared with the upper reservoir,the bond strength of the lower is relatively higher, which made it a higher sand indices value;③the sand indices of oil reservoir in Pai 612 region were below the critical line. The predicting results were coincided with the reality,which were contributed to accurately deciding the extent of the sand production and taking measures to prevent sand in production process.
