摘    要:为了提高屠宰场管理的信息化和自动化,保障猪肉生产的安全,将射频识别技术与无线通信技术相融合,设计并实现了一种与ZigBee网络相融合的无线射频识别系统,并应用于生猪屠宰信息的溯源。利用CC2530和MF RC522构建无线RFID读写器,在Visual Studio 2008平台上构建屠宰可溯源系统软件。系统集成试验表明:该系统稳定性高、识别距离长、应用灵活和扩展性好,能有效提高生猪屠宰系统的溯源管理效率。

Design and implement of pig slaughtering traceability system based on RFID and ZigBee technology

Abstract:In order to improve the slaughterhouse safety management information and automation and ensure the safety of pork production,the radio frequency identification technology and wireless communication technologies are merged to design and implement a ZigBee network and integration of radio frequency identification systems,which is used for pig slaughtering information traceability.With the CC2530 and MF RC522,a wireless RFID reader and slaughter traceability system software on Visual Studio 2008 platform are built.Systems integration test results show that the system has high stability,long distance identification,flexible in application and good scalability,and can improve the efficiency of pig slaughtering traceability management.
