| 摘 要： | 为解决现有专业人才培养与社会需求脱节的问题，提出应用型本科院校法学专业应该构建＂阶梯式＂实践教学目标体系。在构建“阶梯式”实践教学目标体系过程中，应该遵循系统性、渐进性、规范性和可行性等基本原则，并从总体方面、层次维度和空间维度等多个维度进行“阶梯式”实践教学目标体系构建。

| Abstract: | At present, there exists the problems that talent training and the social demand shows opposite, So application-oriented institutes should establish ladder type of practical teaching target system, application-oriented institutes should follow systematic principle, advancing gradually principle, standard principle, feasibility principle,and propose the thoughts on the dimensions from the total aspect, the level dimension and the spatial dimension. |
