| 摘 要： | 县级图书馆是我国公共图书馆事业发展的重要基础设施。加强县级馆的管理,充分发挥县级公共图书馆的作用,保证其可持续发展,保证基层公民的基本文化权益,形成全体社会成员公平获得文献信息资源的保障能力,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文指出了当前县级馆存在的问题,提出了县级馆发展的对策。
