| 摘 要： | 学生事务管理人员作为管理工作的执行者和操作者,在高校学生事务管理中扮演着举足轻重的角色,发挥着不可替代的作用。通过文献分析与实证研究,可以把握目前我国高等院校学生事务管理者成长发展的现状,即＂专业化的队伍建设＂以及＂全面平衡的个体发展＂均未受到应有的重视。而实现管理队伍的职业化、专业化与专家化,以及管理者的全面、协调、均衡发展,是我国高校学生事务管理者成长发展的未来趋势。
