| 摘 要： | 企业文化,作为一种文化样式,不可避免地受到所在国家民族文化的影响。本文从中国传统文化对现代企业文化的影响、现代企业文化对中国传统文化的改造、当前中国民营企业文化的病症及应对之道等三个方面,揭示了现代中国企业文化与中国传统文化之间的关系。并在此基础上,进一步探讨如何从自在的影响到自觉的吸收,使中国传统文化在现代中国企业文化建设中发挥充分而重要的作用。
