| 摘 要： | 国外关于学前教育的经济效益研究显示:普及学前教育的经济效益远远大于投资传统经济方案的效益,学前教育具有很高的经济回报率,是最值得投资的教育时段;学前教育能够带来较大经济效益是因为学前教育能提高儿童后续学业质量、提升劳动力素养、降低犯罪率、节约政府开支和促进妇女就业等。
