| 摘 要： | 融资困难严重制约着咸宁市中小企业的发展。咸宁市政府应该根据本市经济特点，借鉴国外政府中小企业融资支持的成功经验，充分利用上级融资支持政策，解决中小企业融资问题，帮助中小企业渡过“金融寒冬”。

| Abstract: | The difficulties in financing constraints the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Xianning City.The government of Xiannign should make full use of supporting policies to solve the SMEs in financing from the central government while considering the economic and financial situation in Xianning City.At the same time some we can use the successful experiences of foreign government for reference to help SMEs in China to tide over the financial crisis. |
